Joanne Fenton
Tasmania Chair, Women in Super
Joanne Fenton has been Business Development Manager for ME Bank since February 2011, working closely with both our Super Fund partners and Unions. Prior to this change, Joanne worked in the superannuation for over 20 years - her last 6 years with HESTA Super Fund. During her time in the industry she has worked with retail funds, corporate super, defined benefit funds, and of course industry funds. Her roles have varied from administration and calculation of benefits to managing a master trust and a team of 12 staff. Joanne then moved into education within the sector and provided limited personal advice. Joanne is passionate about educating members about their superannuation so they can make informed decisions and also take a vested interest in money that is theirs. Superannuation is an industry that Joanne knows intimately and has always been passionate about.
