After the success of the National Road Show it is time to stay put in one place for a bit and focus on what is coming next. It has been gratifying to have our industry partners and corporate members renew their membership for another year - and for some new corporate members to join the fold! Your confidence in Women in Super speaks to the continued engagement of our members in our work and our desire to continually improve the relationship with our members – on an individual and organisational level.

It is a busy but exciting time for our team. At a policy level we have been working with funds on a collective approach to our asks of the government around LISTO and that work will become visible in coming days. We have also been putting together an amazing list of speakers for our upcoming Super Summit and this will be an opportunity for us to start shaping our priorities for our next strategic plan. Of course, we were also thrilled to provide an opportunity for our members and their guests to hear from a variety of First Nations women in relation to the Voice to Parliament and like many are looking forward to having the chance to play a role in this critical time for our country’s history.

At an organisation level we are thrilled to welcome Robbie Campo as our new Chair following Kara Keys resignation to focus on her leadership role in the Yes 23 campaign. We have also farewelled the incredible Mandy Schultze, have welcomed Catherine David to the team and are currently recruiting for an Events Coordinator. We are deep in planning for National Speed Mentoring Week and End of Year events and starting to turn our minds to our 30th anniversary in 2024. All of these changes have provided a perfect moment for us to take the time to reflect on what our next 30 years look like and we look forward in coming months to inviting you to be part of that reflection.
